Brief
Redesign the CSN app.
Solution
After doing research and interviews we understood that the hierarchy and navigation of the app was important to focus on. Our target group was students and people that have student loans with CSN. We wanted the user to be able to fulfill more tasks in the app, such as apply for a student loan. We also wanted the app to send notifications when the user needed to update information. After creating wireframes we carried out user tests. It made us able to identity that the user understood how to navigate through the app. We also discovered some things that was unclear to the user and that we needed to change.
